Visit Our Kitchen

We're located in Søborg, just north of Copenhagen. The space isn't fancy, but it's where all our workshops happen and where we test new recipes.

Drop by appointments are fine if you're in the area. Just give us a call first to make sure someone's around. We're usually there Tuesday through Friday, mornings and early afternoons.

Public transport gets you here easily. The bus stops right at the corner, and there's street parking if you're driving.

We take calls Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 3pm Danish time. If you're calling from a different time zone, email works better for scheduling a specific time to talk.
Yes, but call ahead. We're usually here mornings and early afternoons during the week. The space doubles as a working kitchen, so timing matters if you want to see it set up for a workshop rather than mid-recipe chaos.
For group workshops, at least three weeks notice works best. Private sessions can sometimes happen with shorter notice, depending on what's already scheduled. Our autumn 2025 calendar opens in July if you're planning ahead.
We do, though it's not our main focus. Corporate groups work best with our dumpling workshops or spice blending sessions. Email us with your group size and preferred dates, and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.
